Meet Our Leadership Team
Co-Founder & CSO
Jo is a Talent Acquisition Leader with 20 years experience in the tech space. She started her career as an agency recruiter in London, before joining ThoughtWorks in 2002. At ThoughtWorks, she was Resource Manager, Agile Business Analyst, and North America Recruiting Manager. Jo studied European Studies with Modern Languages at Manchester University. She’s interested in diversity and applying agile methods to Talent Acquisition. When she’s not doing that, she’s making up puns.
Co-Founder & CEO
Jake is a Talent Acquisition Leader with more than 10 years of technical recruiting experience. He started out as an agency recruiter and eventually transitioned to in-house recruiting when he joined ThoughtWorks, an Agile software consultancy, hiring Sr. technologists across North America and Brazil. For the past 4 years, he focused on scaling growth-stage tech startups in New York and San Francisco, specifically DigitalOcean, NS1, and brightwheel.
Co-Founder & CTO
Nick has led technology projects for over a decade, as a startup CTO at Bespoke Post, Sr. Consultant at ThoughtWorks, and agency principal. He studied Computer Science at Cal Poly, Philosophy of Religion at the University of Chicago, and he holds an M.A. in “Great Books” from St. John’s College. In his spare time, Nick sings and teaches meditation.
